5 days before the event you will be emailed all event details, you do not to bring any paperwork on the night, your name will
be listed on our attendance sheet.
Please make sure you give us the correct email address when booking your event,
sometimes Paypal links to old email addresses, please also check your SPAM/
JUNK folder because sometimes they sit in there.

THE HISTORY AND PARANORMAL ACTIVITY
This outstanding red brick school which is a Herefordshire landmark gothic building was built around the late 1850's . The school, among many other buildings and houses were under the George Jarvis charity, the school offered boarding since the day of opening, this was aimed for the benefit of children who came from a poor family.
The building has had the American army stay there and is said to have been as a hospital for the Army at some point in it's history. It was also used as a Youth Hostel in the 1980's.
It's no surprise that a building of this age with a rich history is rumoured to be so haunted . The locals often speak about the ghostly man looking out of the top floor window which they believe is the unsettled and angry spirit of George Jarvis who is believed to haunt the school, after all, his money was used to erect this public building which went right against everything in his will.
George Jarvis, who left his massive fortune to the poor of Staunton-on-Wye, Bredwardine and Letton in 1793, demanded his legacy never be used to erect public buildings.
In his will, George Jarvis stated: "My mind and will is that none of the said monies be appropriated in erecting any public buildings whatsoever."
Former pupils of the school and staff have shared their spooky experiences , from things moving on their own accord in classrooms to ghostly legs being seen in the corridor. Most people that have been in this school have a story to tell.
There are also some ghost books in circulation that feature the hauntings of this former school.
The main school building has over 40 rooms across 4 floor levels, the cellars , Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor. There is a also a large outbuilding and a school house attached.
FANCY SLEEPING OVER? ( NO SLEEPOVERS BETWEEN 1ST NOVEMBER- 1ST APRIL )
If you're brave enough to sleep in this haunted school then just add the sleepover option on the payment options list.
This is an exciting opportunity !
You will be able to choose ANY area in the main school to sleep in!
You will need to bring your own air beds/camp beds and bedding.
Only the ground floor has electric and there will be a hot drink station available.
There are no showers available or hot water.
There are working toilets and sinks on the ground floor level only. You are welcome to have a morning wash in this area.
We ask you to bring all your luggage into the school on arrival .Breakfast will be provided for you the following morning at 8am and will be a continental breakfast bag . Check out is 9am
Sleepover and Breakfast is an extra £15 Per Person

School Lane is just off the A438, as you go up School Lane the driveway to the school entrance is on the right hand side and is about half way up the road.
Please drive up the driveway and our team will direct you on where to park. If the gate is not open then please do not wait in your car on the main road, the school is in a residential setting with many elderly residents so therefore we need minimal traffic and disturbance, this goes for the end of the event also , please leave the village quietly.

TERMS:
* All attendees must be over the age of 16
* No playing of music or loud activity
* These private party events are not for other paranormal groups and companies, to book , sell tickets and run the night as their own event, if we find this to be the case then your booking will be cancelled with no refunds given. You will be expected to reimburse your guests. We are not liable as this will be in breach of our booking terms.
* If you are paranormal filming for social media platforms then please be respectful with what is put out there in the public domain .
* Please be respectful with any write ups or information you put online about this location after your event. We have to remain respectful to the village residents that went to school in this building
* The new hire fee is a flat rate of £500, maximum 20 guests, anymore than 20 will be priced at £25 PP
* Dates will be held and considered booked when the £200 deposit has been received . If you want to pay via Paypal or Bank Transfer then please contact us. Balances need to be paid 10 days before the event
* If you cancel your booking then refunds cannot be given , dates cannot be moved
* If WE have to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances then you will be contacted immediately and you will be refunded or offered a new date
* No 'Moving On' of spirits please or any trance mediumship
* Friday and Saturday's ( Sleepovers only available between 1st April- 1st November )
